This is an earlier version of the HTML Validator extension for Chrome. Because it uses W3C's specifications allows it to be used as part of a developer tool data validation service such as those that use the Semantic Web or traditional Website crawlers.
The purpose of this version is specifically to ensure all web enabled devices - whether they are desktop, laptop, Smartphone, Tablet or Netbook compliant - can pass code and syntax checking along with descriptive error reports.
